can result in criminal proceedings being brought against you. The customs
authorities will immediately confiscate products of this type — even when only
small quantities are involved — to enforce the Brand Protection Act (VO (EC)
No. 3295/94). You can also count on a hefty fine. If in doubt, contact a customs office.
