Porter & Escort Services

In Frankfurt you can take advantage of porter and escort services that the airlines don't provide. We'll get your baggage where it needs to go — by the most direct route, offering the ultimate in convenience.
The porter service helps you, for a fee, by moving your bags within the airport's public areas (those not restricted by security checks).
For a fee, the escort service assigns a staff member to accompany and assist you.
These services can be used individually or in combination by any guest.

Big Help for Little Kids: Rent-a-Buggy.

With one of our folding baby buggies, it'll be child's play for you to reach any destination within the airport. We offer this rental service in Terminal 1, Hall B, Level 1 (Arrivals) around the clock. You can take our buggies anywhere on the airport premises. They are available from our left luggage office for a fee of six euros a day.
